**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative - Remote (Bilingual: Spanish and English), you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service support and resolving routine problems and questions regarding arenaflex's products and/or services. You will work from the comfort of your own home, interacting with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service support via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet
* Resolve routine problems and questions regarding arenaflex's products and/or services
* Develop a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services to effectively address customer inquiries
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
**Requirements**
* **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
* **Customer Service Experience**: 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* **Availability**: Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* **Education**: High school diploma or GED
* **Work Environment**: Quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
* **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, eagerness to learn new technologies, and strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
* **Internet and Phone Requirements**: High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
* **Residency**: Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
