**What We're Looking For**
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A college or university diploma/degree
* Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken)
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
* Strong keyboard and data entry skills (minimum 30 wpm)
