As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to clients in Florida and Texas. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
* Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Providing feedback on call issues
* Upselling when required
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
* 6 months of customer service experience (preferably in a call center or customer-facing role)
* Over 18 years of age
* Ability to type 25 words per minute
* High School Graduate or GED
* Comfort with desktop computer systems
