**Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, social media, and other communication channels to resolve their questions or concerns
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, ensuring a positive customer experience
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate, collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues
* Responding to requests for assistance and processing payments in a timely and efficient manner
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Providing feedback on call issues to improve processes and customer satisfaction
* Upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer engagement and revenue growth
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* The ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with strong communication and collaboration skills
* At least 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Be at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent
* Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 25 words per minute
