**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to agents, agency staff, and customers, primarily through phone and email interactions. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. This is a primarily home-based role, with occasional travel to our office locations for team meetings, trainings, and culture events.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop knowledge of systems and application trainings associated with policy processing
* Respond to basic inquiries from agents, agency staff, and customers related to policies and accounts with supervision
* Attend training and obtain licenses to acquire skills needed to transition to next level
* Provide input on process improvement ideas for customer and agent support processes
* Follow procedures and continuous process improvement standard work
**Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements**
* Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service
* Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated typing/keyboarding skills (30 wpm)
* Demonstrated experience with various PC software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Explorer, Outlook)
* Demonstrated math skills (multiplication, division, addition, subtraction)
* Must pass bilingual assessments in reading, understanding, writing, and conversing fluently in both Spanish and English
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Property & Casualty (P&C) License
* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
* Familiarity with insurance industry products and services
**Travel Requirements**
* Up to 10% travel to office locations for team meetings, trainings, and culture events

* Work that primarily involves sitting/standing
