**Job Title:** Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative II – Pharmaceutical Industry Expertise

**Shift/Schedule:** 1st Shift, Monday to Friday, 10am - 7pm, with a Saturday shift required once every 2 months

**Job Summary:**
arenaflex is seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative II to join its team. As a key member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in the pharmaceutical industry, utilizing your excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail. **Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the pharmaceutical industry, responding to inbound calls, emails, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Utilize critical thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues, escalating issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, using CRM software to track and analyze customer data.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to provide seamless customer experiences.
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, staying up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
* Work effectively in a remote environment, utilizing technology to stay connected with colleagues and clients.
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Bilingual in English and Portuguese, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturday shifts.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
* Certification in customer service or a related field.
* Experience working in a remote environment.
* Proficiency in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English.
