**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative II to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients via phone, email, and chat. **Responsibilities:**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative II, your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat

**Requirements:**

* Strong proficiency in English and Portuguese, with a strong proficiency in Spanish
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
