**Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* **First Contact Resolution**: Act as the first point of contact for Homesite-CONNECT customers, addressing service issues, requests, and account information in a timely and professional manner.
* **Customer Communication**: Communicate directly with customers to research questions and resolve issues over the phone, using your exceptional communication skills to build trust and rapport.
* **Issue Resolution**: Open issue resolution cases and resolve higher-level problems as needed, using your analytical skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
* **Information Gathering**: Gather and enter relevant information to ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records and updating customer profiles as necessary.
* **Education and Training**: Educate clients and advisors on newly enacted services and procedures to facilitate efficient self-service, empowering customers to take control of their accounts.
* **Troubleshooting**: Troubleshoot simple usability issues raised by customers and refer complex issues to appropriate service partners, ensuring seamless handoffs and minimizing downtime.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
