**What You Will Do**
As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will:
* Provide exceptional customer support via inbound and outbound calls, as well as through the internet
* Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
* Follow, document, and retrieve information from databases
* Maintain a deep understanding of our clients' products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
* Recommend additional products and services
* Deliver expert customer experiences... with a smile!
**Your Qualifications**
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will bring value and success to every customer interaction. The other qualifications for our remote Customer Service Representative role include:
* Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or technical certification
* Ability to speak fluently in French and English
* Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in French and English
* 1+ year of customer service experience
* High school diploma or GED
* A quiet and distraction-free home environment
* Rapid multitasking skills
* Desire to learn new technologies
* Solid computer navigation skills and knowledge of computers
* A desktop or laptop computer for PC and internet testing; a work computer may be provided, but is not guaranteed (will be discussed in detail with a recruiter)
* High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
