**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a fast-paced call center environment. You'll be the face of careerzynith, answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in a clear and concise manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
* Help customers navigate careerzynith's website and online ordering
* Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in a call center or customer-facing role
* Knowledge of customer service software and technology
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
