**Job Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns

* Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about careerzynith's products and services, including pricing, shipping, and product information

**Minimum Requirements**
