**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Crandall, TX. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers through various channels, and providing expert product knowledge to ensure a seamless customer experience. **Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
* Become a product and solutions expert by learning about arenaflex's products and services, and providing accurate and timely information to customers
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
