Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to blithequark's customers via phone, chat, and email, ensuring that their issues are resolved promptly and efficiently
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing clear and concise solutions to customers
- Manage customer requests, prioritize work queues, and ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Complete help tickets for issues that require technical support or development team assistance, ensuring that all necessary information is provided
- Provide excellent customer service, taking ownership of customer issues from initial request to final resolution
- Model and champion blithequark's cultural principles, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within a contact center environment
- Demonstrated ability to increase productivity through daily task completion, personal development, and guided trainings
- Experience in a high-paced environment, handling escalated customers and following up on customer requests in a timely manner
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proven ability to deliver a positive customer experience
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of customers
- Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Hubspot, ServiceCloud)
- Proficient with macOS and both Apple and Android mobile devices for app usage
- Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
In addition to the requirements listed above, the following skills and qualifications are preferred:
- Strong ability to actively listen and ask follow-up questions to drive customer success

- Experience supporting service requests in billing, RMA, cancellations, and renewals
