**Join Our Team**
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual (fluent in Spanish) Customer Engagement Representative to join our Roadrunner's Servicing Center in Irving, Texas. This is a tremendous opportunity to partner with us to build a world-class servicing organization and make a meaningful impact on our customers' lives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Process phone payments and communicate with customers regarding their powersports loan.
* Conduct outbound customer interview calls to gather information and resolve common customer concerns.
* Communicate and resolve customer issues via online chat channel, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience.
* Meet monthly productivity and quality goals, demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
* Comply with all federal and state-specific laws that regulate collections and servicing activities, upholding the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
**Requirements:**
* High School Diploma or GED required, with some college coursework a plus.
* Two years of customer service experience, preferably in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio, with a strong background in collections and servicing activities.
* Working knowledge of Word and Excel, with the ability to master the use of web-based systems, such as LoanPro (training provided).
* Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, with the ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
* Excellent "people" skills, with a strong customer service attitude and the ability to demonstrate problem-solving ability.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality.
