We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Claims Customer Service Representative – Initial Loss Notice to join our team at our arenaflex office in Henderson, NV. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with an exceptional experience that delivers on our promises. No experience is required in the insurance field for this position, as we offer a paid state-of-the-art training program to get you prepared on everything you need to know about insurance claims and help you succeed in this role.
**Position Responsibilities:**
As a Bilingual Claims Customer Service Representative – Initial Loss Notice, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing superior and responsive customer service in a call center environment
* Receiving incoming calls from customers regarding claims and initiating the claims handling process
* Entering information into the claims system and answering customer questions and providing information when possible
* Directing requests to the appropriate departments as necessary
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide a seamless experience
**Key Skills and Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 1 year of customer service or call center experience
* High school diploma or GED
* Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
* Good typing skills – 25 WPM with 95% accuracy
* Excellent planning and organizational skills
* Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
