Key Responsibilities
- Software Development: Contribute to the development of software applications through rigorous coding practices, participate in code reviews, and ensure the high quality of our software products.
- Troubleshooting and Optimization: Identify and rectify code defects, troubleshoot primary software components, and automate solutions in test or production environments.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software development and leading teams of engineers and Scrum teams.
- Strong background in programming using Core Java or Python/Scala, with a good understanding of Hadoop and Spark architecture.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts, Guide Reduce, Hive, Spark (Core, SQL, and PySpark), and UNIX shell scripting.
- Ability to design and develop scalable data pipelines for batch and real-time data processing.
- Proven ability to create and document technical and functional specifications and analyze software and system processing flows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like GCP/AWS, building Microservices, and scalable solutions.
- Experience with designing and building solutions using Kafka streams or queues.
- Familiarity with GitHub/Bitbucket and utilizing CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as HBase, Couchbase, or MongoDB.
- Excellent technical and analytical skills, coupled with superb communication and project management abilities.
