You'll work in a work-from-home environment, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve member concerns and provide accurate information about health care and/or pension plans. This is a seasonal role, but we offer opportunities for career growth and advancement, including the possibility of transitioning to a full-time position with careerzynith. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their plan participants via phone, chat, and message center * Assist with the enrollment process and make updates to health care and/or pension plans * Use analytical and problem-solving skills to quickly assess member concerns and formulate responses/resolutions * Work in a structured environment, adhering to posted work schedules and protocols * Maintain high attention to detail, multi-task, and organize work to meet deadlines * Use Microsoft Office to answer questions while on the phone/instant messaging * Work autonomously in a self-paced, self-motivated team environment * Participate in online training and interact with Managers/Supervisors via chat * Understand and follow oral and written instructions * Type 30 words per minute * Meet productivity and quality standards **Essential Qualifications** * Excellent ability to communicate effectively using the English language in a customer service setting * Ability to quickly assess member concerns and formulate a response/resolution using analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a structured environment – adhere to posted work schedule and breaks/lunches, following protocols and adhering to standards of excellence * High level attention to detail, multi-tasking, and ability to organize work * Experience using Microsoft Office with a strong ability to juggle multiple open computer windows to answer questions while on the phone/instant messaging * Ability to work autonomously in a self-paced, self-motivated team environment * Must be comfortable working in a virtual environment to include on-line training and interaction with Managers/Supervisors via chat * Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions * Ability to type 30 words a minute * Experience working in a customer service-related field * High School degree required * The following are a plus: Associate or Bachelor’s degree nice to have **Preferred Qualifications** * Working knowledge of health and welfare and/or defined benefit pension plans * Experience working in a call center environment * Ability to read, write and speak Spanish **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a structured environment and meet productivity and quality standards * High level attention to detail and ability to multi-task * Experience using Microsoft Office and ability to juggle multiple open computer windows * Ability to work autonomously in a self-paced, self-motivated team environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions * Ability to type 30 words per minute **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
