**Responsibilities**
As a Banking Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure timely resolution
* Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments in a timely and effective manner
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes to maintain the quality of service we strive to provide
* Providing feedback on call issues to improve our service delivery
* Upselling products or services when appropriate to contribute to the overall success of our team
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* 18 years of age or older
* Proven call center experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* Typing speed of 25 WPM or higher
* Proficiency in PC operation and navigation
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
* Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
* Ability to stay composed and objective, even in challenging situations
* Strong listening skills, with a focus on empathy and understanding
**Nice-to-Haves**

* Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry
