Experienced Banking Customer Advocate 1 (Contact Center Representative) – Full Remote Opportunity

Our remote work environment allows our team members to thrive in a flexible and dynamic setting, while still being part of a collaborative and supportive community. **Job Summary** As a Banking Customer Advocate 1 (Contact Center Representative) at careerzynith, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries in a timely and satisfactory manner. This role offers the opportunity to expand your skill set, master soft-skills, and become an expert with our Online Banking platform. Successful CAs will have the chance to transition to a Senior Customer Advocate, specializing in supporting our business customers and complex customer interactions. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle a large volume of inbound customer contacts, building positive relationships while supporting and promoting the overall financial health of our current and prospective customers. * Be an advocate for our customers, supporting all requests for research, documentation, and coordinating positive outcomes by partnering with internal business groups. * Meet daily qualitative and quantitative targets for yourself and your team, and achieve all objectives for service, productivity, and quality. * Drive results and engage applicable partners on trending customer issues through internal communication tools. * Follow and implement internal announcements, trainings, products, services, systems, policies & procedures, and governmental regulations impacting the banking industry. * Have flexibility in supporting business needs with the availability to provide additional hours and varying shifts, including evenings, holidays, and weekends. **Additional Accountabilities** * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on careerzynith products, services, and systems. * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. * Contribute to the development of process improvements and best practices within the contact center. * Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions and issues. **Job Requirements** * High School Degree or Equivalent * 2+ years of contact center experience and/or comparable careerzynith Retail Banking experience * Strong technical knowledge and adaptability in navigating multiple programs and applications simultaneously * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-facing environment * No travel requirements * Physical demands (ADA): No unusual physical exertion is involved **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or some level of college coursework * Financial Services experience * Salesforce or comparable CRM experience * Expertise with MS Office Suite * Expertise with DNA or comparable banking applications * Working proficiency in the Spanish language **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Banking Customer Advocate at careerzynith, you'll have the opportunity to: * Develop your skills and expertise in customer service, problem-solving, and technical knowledge * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on careerzynith products, services, and systems * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience * Contribute to the development of process improvements and best practices within the contact center * Pursue career advancement opportunities, including transitioning to a Senior Customer Advocate role **Work Environment and Company Culture** careerzynith is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the growth and well-being of our team members.
