**Job Summary**
As a Bank Teller/Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional member experiences, providing thoughtful and efficient service, and promoting our financial products and services. You'll work closely with our members to understand their financial needs, answer their questions, and help them achieve their goals. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional member service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other financial services
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's policies and procedures
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
* Maintain a high level of personal integrity, financial responsibility, and confidentiality
* Adhere to arenaflex's dress code and appearance policies
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1 year of cash handling experience required
* Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish a plus
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Positive attitude, sense of teamwork, and cooperation
* Ability to maintain a high level of personal integrity and financial responsibility
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer service and cash handling
* Knowledge of financial products and services
* Familiarity with arenaflex's policies and procedures
* Bilingual or multilingual skills

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**

**Schedule**
* Monday to Friday, 8:50 am - 5:50 pm
* One Saturday morning every four weeks, 8:50 am - 12:10 pm
