**About the Role**
We are looking for an experienced Astrology Chat Operator to join our team of dedicated, professional Personal Guides who deliver high-quality Astrology, Palmistry, and Tarot readings to our clients. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping those who seek guidance and answers to life's big questions through a variety of divination techniques.
**Key Responsibilities**
As an Astrology Chat Operator, you will be responsible for:
* Providing astrologically and grammatically correct written responses to clients' questions – all responses shall be in English
* Providing engaging and informative readings to clients purchasing live video calls – all calls are conducted in English
* Preparing video and voice messages for clients in response to their questions – the ideal candidate should feel confident and comfortable to make their own short video readings and appear on camera
* Adhering to all ethical rules and company standards, as laid out by management, when providing readings
* Meeting all targets in relation to response times and message volumes as directed by management
* Performing additional duties and contributing to ad-hoc projects as required in line with the Chat Ops Team needs and objectives
* Assigning incoming messages to the Chat Ops team and providing cover for other team members ensuring response times and standards are maintained over weekends
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* An excellent standard of spoken and written English is essential
* Previous experience of giving personalized Astrology, Palmistry, or Tarot readings in a professional capacity would be an advantage
* Strong computer skills and a reliable internet connection
* Access to a quiet and calm space where you can conduct live video calls without interruption
* An empathic, non-judgmental, and compassionate character and be able to establish a rapport with your clients quickly
* Ability to work on own initiative and without close supervision
* Accurate typing skills and the ability to condense information into short, engaging and informative responses that capture our client's interest and leave them wanting to know more
**Nice to Have**
* Previous experience of working in a fully remote position within the online entertainment sector
* A flair for creative writing
**Location**
arenaflex operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position. However, please note that working hours are aligned with U.S. time zones. Weekend shifts are required as part of the regular schedule.
