**Key Responsibilities and Job Elements**
As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in leading a team of hourly workforce and ensuring the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting, mentoring, and motivating your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional results
* Managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to meet business objectives
* Collaborating with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans that drive business success
* Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to arenaflex's safety protocols and guidelines
* Lifting up to 49 pounds and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching to perform tasks
* Standing or walking for up to 12 hours during shifts
* Working in an environment with varying noise levels and temperatures
* Continuously climbing and descending stairs (for sites with stairs)
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
* Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and perform physical tasks
