Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to enterprise clients, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to AWS services such as Amazon EC2 and Amazon S3
- Work with clients to understand their usage of AWS account and billing services, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement
- Perform in-depth analysis on client accounts and billing statements to identify and resolve issues
- Train clients on reporting options, alerts, and budgets, ensuring they get the most out of our services
- Collaborate with global customer support teams to ensure consistent and high-quality support
- Drive projects that improve customer interactions with AWS account and billing data
- Act as the Voice of the Customer for our enterprise clients, reporting and following up on areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of AWS-specific products and features
- Work with AWS teams to resolve issues for clients, ensuring timely and effective solutions
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Current, active US Government Trusted status at the TS/SCI level with polygraph
- 2+ years of experience in customer support and/or account management, working with high-profile clients
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences

- Experience in service or account management positions, with a focus on driving customer satisfaction and loyalty
