**Key Responsibilities**
As an Airline Customer Service Agent, you'll have the opportunity to learn and perform a variety of functions, including:
* Rotating through check-in counter, lobby area, departure gate, customs, arrivals, and other areas within the airport to gain a comprehensive understanding of the behind-the-scenes workings of an international airport.
* Effectively navigating through various challenges and flight activities to ensure on-time performance.
* Interacting with high-profile passengers and building strong relationships with port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to ensure a safe and secure travel experience.
* Participating in training programs to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as problem-solving, communication, and adaptability.

**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* To be at least 18 years of age and have a high school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent.
* To be eligible to work in the United States.
* To be proficient in English, with Japanese language skills a plus.
* To have basic computer skills and be comfortable using technology to perform tasks.
