As a key member of our remote team, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service to our clients and their caregivers, while working from the comfort of your own home in South Africa.

**About the Role**
As an After Hours Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our clients and their caregivers, while working outside of regular business hours. This is a unique opportunity to work in a flexible and remote environment, with a 3-day working week of 4-hour shifts per day, and a Saturday and Sunday shift of 12 hours per day.
**Responsibilities**
* Answer all incoming calls from clients and caregivers, and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner
* Resolve client and nurse queries that are within the scope of after-hours, and provide guidance and support as needed
* Provide timely responses to queries that come in through our texting platform, and ensure that all client and caregiver concerns are addressed promptly
* Notify clients and replace caregiver callouts as necessary, and confirm caregivers 1-2 hours before shift start
* Perform initial intake for callers potentially interested in our services, and provide them with information and support to help them make informed decisions
* Document all scenarios on our platform, as well as update caregiver schedules as needed
* Complete non-urgent admin projects if time allows, and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our team
**Requirements**
* Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Compassionate and confident, with a strong ability to empathize with clients and caregivers
* Responsible and reliable, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results
* 10+ years' work experience in customer service and office duties, with a strong understanding of staffing and/or healthcare principles
* Adaptable and flexible regarding work hours, with a willingness to work outside of regular business hours
* Impeccable phone and computer skills, with experience working with a variety of software and systems
* Staffing and/or healthcare experience, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges
* Experience working remotely and independently, with a quiet and professional work-from-home environment
* Remotely set up with Wi-Fi and load-shedding back-up, with a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace
