**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Advanced Data Analyst to join our Pack Trial and Error and Examination group. As a key member of this team, you'll work closely with business leaders to identify and address complex business challenges, develop data-driven solutions, and drive business growth. **Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with business leaders to identify and prioritize business challenges related to Pack patterns and drivers
* Develop and implement data-driven solutions to address these challenges, using a range of tools and techniques, including R/Python/SAS, SQL, and data visualization software
* Perform in-depth pattern analysis, assessing the contributions of drivers from multiple perspectives
* Define and investigate audience segments to drive Pack growth
* Work with other Examination groups to integrate Pack data from multiple sources, creating a comprehensive and compelling narrative
* Develop and maintain a continuous experiences pipeline, ensuring that all colleagues have access to a steady stream of Pack intel
* Present findings and recommendations to business leaders, using data visualization and storytelling techniques to communicate complex insights
**Essential Capabilities**
* Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field
* Proficiency in R/Python/SAS (or another statistical analysis tool) and SQL
* Strong understanding of statistical modeling, AI, and other quantitative methodologies, including but not limited to direct and strategic regression, hypothesis testing, data preparation for modeling, and segmentation techniques
* Experience working with large datasets, interpreting data patterns, and using a range of data sources and tools
* Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tell a story with data and organize findings into actionable recommendations
**Preferred Capabilities**
* Experience in the streaming media industry or other membership-based services
* Experience working with Advertising groups or in the Marketing industry
* Familiarity with A/B testing and MVT methodologies
