**Job Summary:**
As an Administrative Virtual Data Entry Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including data entry, social media management, and general office support. You will work closely with our data manager and senior data team members to ensure accurate and efficient data management, while also maintaining our company's social media presence and engaging with our online community.
**Responsibilities:**
* Accurately and efficiently input and update data into arenaflex's databases and systems, ensuring attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* Manage and grow arenaflex's social media presence across all platforms, including creating and scheduling engaging content, implementing social media campaigns, and analyzing and reporting on performance.
* Provide support to our managers and employees, assisting with daily office needs and managing general administrative activities.
* Develop and maintain a filing system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
* Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems, verifying accuracy and completeness.
* Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes, using tools like MS Excel.
* Update existing data, retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested, and perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
* Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost.
* Update and maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's standards.
* Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.
* Maintain contact lists, submit and reconcile expense reports, and provide general support to visitors.
* Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients, liaising with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
**Requirements:**
* High School or College degree
* Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
* Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills
* Fast typing skills, with a minimum of 45 WPM
* Experience with data entry or data management, preferably in a similar role
* Basic understanding of databases and working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a good command of English (both oral and written)
* Customer service skills and a positive attitude
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous experience as a Secretary or Executive Administrative Assistant
* Familiarity with arenaflex's industry and a strong understanding of social media marketing
* Ability to use data and analytics to inform social media strategy
* Experience with touch typing system and knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
