arenaflex is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Clerk / Data Entry Specialist to join our team in the Pittsford, NY area. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a growing company, providing administrative support to professionals in the healthcare industry. **Job Responsibilities**
As an Administrative Clerk / Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including:
* Processing medical claim reviews by professionals
* Word processing, data entry, faxing, and document review
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues
* Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless workflow
* Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
**Work Schedule**
* Full-time position with a variety of shifts available:
+ Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
+ Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
* Training hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm for approximately 2-3 weeks
**Salary and Benefits**
* Competitive hourly rate: $16.20/hour

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
