As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a growing company, providing administrative support to professionals in the healthcare industry. This is an excellent chance to transition your customer service and clerical skills into a new and exciting field. **Job Responsibilities** As an Administrative Clerk / Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including: * Processing medical claim reviews by professionals * Word processing, data entry, faxing, and document review * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records * Providing exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues * Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless workflow * Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices **Work Schedule** * Full-time position with a variety of shifts available: + Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm + Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm * Training hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm for approximately 2-3 weeks **Salary and Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate: $16.20/hour * Comprehensive benefits package, including: + Health insurance + Vision insurance + Dental insurance + Holiday pay **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required * 1-2 years of experience in a clerical or administrative role * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field * Certification in medical terminology or a related field * Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications * Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** * arenaflex is committed to the growth and development of our employees.
