**Key Responsibilities**
As an Account Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:
* **Commercial Enterprise Growth**
+ Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experiences
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions
+ Analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our strategies and make data-driven decisions
+ Develop and manage complex goals and objectives, balancing short-term and long-term priorities
+ Identify new opportunities with a large number of manufacturers and execute mission plans
* **Relationship Building**
+ Build and maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
+ Develop and execute vendor delight survey effects to investigate trends and improve relationships
+ Set up improvement plans and control expectations with account managers
* **Process Excellence**
+ Analyze patron feedback, market growth trends, and key metrics to contribute to strategic development of functions and programs
+ Identify areas of unnecessary process or inefficiency and work to simplify and improve processes
+ Develop and implement upgrades that benefit a large set of customers, such as riding efficiencies through equipment and procedures
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Bachelor's degree
* 3+ years of client or seller-facing roles with a focus on relationship management and negotiation skills
* Ability to analyze facts and exceptional practices to evaluate performance drivers
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
**Desired Qualifications**
We're looking for candidates with:
* Experience aggregating and studying internal and external marketing campaign metrics to evaluate performance drivers and discover insights
* Demonstrated track record of building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow-through with excellent verbal and written communication
