Experienced Account Data Analyst – Customer Account Remediation and Support

We believe that every voice matters, and every difference builds a healthier world. **Job Description** As an Account Data Analyst at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in supporting our sales, service, and order management teams. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Roles and Responsibilities * Simplify and maintain sales operations processes and policies using lean methodologies to continuously improve customer account data by remediation in UCM (Reltio) platform and downstream systems. * Execute processes to support customer account requests within the agreed-upon support level agreement. * Coordinate all activities related to quarter and month-end customer support. * Act as a cross-functional coordinator to resolve customer issues and complaints arising from account requests. * Provide expertise outside of immediate team in the form of special projects as needed. ### Key Skills and Competencies * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various types of people. * Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other relevant software applications. * Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight timelines. * Strong team player with high levels of resourcefulness, energy, and enthusiasm. ### Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in order management, customer sales/service, data entry, or similar experience. * Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support, order management, customer service, and/or data administration roles. * Familiarity with customer accounts and knowledge of Universal Customer Master, GL Prod, and Salesforce.com. * Strong English capability in both spoken and written. * Willingness to work various shifts/hours at quarter close, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. * Must have a dedicated home office with high-speed internet access or be able to work from the careerzynith Waukesha office. ### Desired Characteristics * Experience with customer accounts and knowledge of Universal Customer Master, GL Prod, and Salesforce.com. * Detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight timelines. * Strong team player with high levels of resourcefulness, energy, and enthusiasm. * Flexibility, highly motivated, assertive, and accountable. ### Work Environment and Culture As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home office. careerzynith is committed to creating a culture that fosters care, collaboration, and support.
