Develop and oversee the overall video podcast strategy for Yahoo! Finance, ensuring it aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
Lead and manage a team of producers, editors, and other production staff to create high-quality and engaging video content for the podcast.
Collaborate with the editorial team to identify relevant and timely finance topics to be featured in the podcast.
Work closely with hosts and guests to develop and refine video podcast segments, ensuring they are informative and engaging for the audience.
Oversee the production process, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating resources to ensure timely delivery of each episode.
Provide guidance and mentorship to the team to help them develop their skills and enhance the overall quality of the video podcast.
Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in video production to continuously improve the podcast's production value.
Ensure that all content meets Yahoo! Finance's standards for accuracy, fairness, and integrity.
Collaborate with marketing and promotional teams to develop and execute strategies to increase the podcast's viewership and engagement.
Monitor and analyze metrics to assess the performance of each episode and use insights to make necessary improvements to the podcast.
