Executive Creative Director (360 Campaign)

Executive Creative Director Faith-based | Highly Disruptive Location: 100% Remote Travel: Up to 50% Salary: $250K - $275K base We are an established, mission-driven organization is seeking an Executive Creative Director to help lead the next phase of its creative impact. This is a senior leadership role focused on elevating the quality, ambition, and effectiveness of large-scale creative work across multiple channels and platforms. Key Responsibilities • Lead and refine the overall creative direction across integrated campaigns spanning film, digital, experiential, and brand initiatives. • Set a high creative bar through hands-on leadership, mentorship, and direct involvement in concept development and execution. • Collaborate with agency partners and internal stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into compelling creative outcomes. • Champion original thinking and challenge teams to push beyond safe or conventional solutions. • Guide multiple complex initiatives simultaneously, ensuring alignment on vision, timelines, and quality expectations. • Develop and mentor senior creative talent, fostering an environment of accountability, curiosity, and creative excellence. • Stay deeply connected to shifts in culture, media, and visual storytelling to continuously raise the organization’s creative standard.   Experience • Proven experience leading integrated, large-scale campaigns with meaningful cultural reach • A track record of developing and guiding high-performing creative teams at the Creative Director, Group Creative Director, or Executive Creative Director level • Experience working within or alongside top-tier creative agencies or globally recognized brand environments • Strong portfolio demonstrating art direction, campaign leadership, and storytelling across multiple formats • Comfort navigating both conceptual vision and operational execution • Ability to build trust and credibility with executive stakeholders and external partners Personal Qualities • A strong sense of creative ambition and vision for what meaningful work can accomplish • An appetite for challenge and the ability to thrive in fast-moving, high-expectation environments • Leadership presence that inspires confidence, clarity, and creative risk-taking • Alignment with the broader mission and values of a purpose-oriented organization Alignment with the broader mission and values of a purpose-oriented organization
