Executive Assistant (Remote, Part-Time) – Inbox, Follow-Ups & Client Support
Job Description
I am a business owner looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to help manage my inbox, client communications, scheduling, and follow-ups.
This role will start at 15 hours per week with the potential to grow long-term. I am happy to train the right person, so experience is less important than attitude, organization, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
•Inbox management (sorting, flagging, drafting replies)
• Sending emails and client follow-ups
• Scheduling meetings and managing calendar
• Keeping simple trackers and notes organized
• Supporting day-to-day admin tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Excellent written English
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with email, Google Docs, Google Calendar
• Proactive communicator (not afraid to ask questions)
• Able to follow systems and checklists
Pay: $5–$7/hour
Hours: 15 hours/week
