Role Overview
In this role, person will support Chief Counsel and legal team members. Work is mostly administrative but very important. Person will handle documents, schedules, meetings and communication. Work can be fast, so need to manage time properly.
Main Responsibilities
• Support senior legal leaders in daily work
• Prepare documents, reports and presentations
• Manage calendar, meetings and schedules
• Handle travel plans and expense reports
• Coordinate with internal and external people
• Help in projects, meetings and team events
Required Skills and Qualification
• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in admin role
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Basic knowledge of tools like SharePoint, Adobe
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential work
• Good time management and attention to detail
• High School diploma required
Preferred Skills
• 5+ years experience in executive support
• Experience working with senior leaders
• Ability to manage multiple tasks together
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach
