Estate Planning and Trust Administration Paralegal

Job Description: • Provide remote, on-demand support for both short-term and long-term legal projects for our client law firms • Interview for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Florida Estate Planning / Trust Administration Paralegal • Work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 6–10 hours per week Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Paralegal with direct experience in Florida Estate Planning and Trust Administration • Strong experience drafting estate planning documents and supporting trust administration matters • Experience using WealthCounsel (preferred), along with familiarity with Clio and Westlaw Form Builder • Ability to assist with data entry, document formatting, and ensuring estate planning documents are complete and accurate • Strong attention to detail when reviewing documents to ensure accuracy prior to attorney review • Ability to organize and manage estate planning and trust administration files efficiently • Experience supporting real estate-related matters, including title work (a plus) • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines • Strong understanding of estate planning processes, language, and procedures • Ability to work independently and proactively support attorney workflow • Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions while taking initiative.
