Seeking an experienced Epic Cadence & Cheers Analyst to support healthcare IT projects and operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Epic Cheers CRM, campaign execution, workflow optimization, and Cadence support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Support and optimize Epic Cadence and Cheers CRM workflows
Build, execute, and maintain campaigns in Cheers CRM
Participate in implementations, enhancements, and support activities
Troubleshoot issues and support workflow improvements
Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams
Assist with testing, configuration, and end-user support
Qualifications
Experience as an Epic Cadence Analyst
Prior implementation experience with Epic Cheers or Tapestry CRM
Hands-on campaign management experience in Cheers CRM
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
