Your Responsibilities
Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and other online platforms
Explain available benefits and coverage options in a professional and easy-to-understand manner
Build lasting relationships through outstanding customer service
Follow up with clients and assist them throughout the enrollment process
Participate in virtual training sessions and team meetings
Keep accurate client records and documentation
Work closely with experienced mentors who are invested in your success
