Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry and Verification: Inputting and verifying data into our database system accurately and efficiently, ensuring data integrity and protection by following established procedures.
- Record Maintenance: Maintaining and updating records and files as needed, both physical and digital.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generating reports from the database for analysis and review, and conducting regular audits to spot and correct data inaccuracies or inconsistencies.
- Organizational Support: Assisting with the organization and management of physical and digital files, and ensuring that all data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Quality Control: Conducting regular quality control checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Essential Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using database management systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook), and other software applications as required.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
