**Job Summary:**
As an Entry Level Customer Success Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing high-level customer support to approximately 50-70 automotive dealerships in a defined area. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide expert guidance, and ensure they're getting the most out of our products. With a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences, you'll be the face of careerzynith in the automotive industry.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer support to automotive dealerships, both on-site and via video conference
* Conduct on-site visits to dealerships to understand their needs and provide expert guidance
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with our products
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product developments to provide expert advice to customers
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
* Self-starter with excellent time management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent customer service and organizational skills
* Ability to build strong customer relationships
* Valid driver's license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
* Ability to travel up to 50% during the training period (approximately 6 months) and 25% after training
* Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing
