**The Role**
As a Customer Relationship Advocate (CRA) at arenaflex, you'll be part of a team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and support. You'll be responsible for answering inbound phone calls, resolving client inquiries, and providing personalized assistance to our valued clients. You'll have the opportunity to develop a broad range of skills, including trade requests, money movement, online support, and more.
**What to Expect**
As a new CRA, you'll embark on a three-stage journey that will help you grow and develop your skills:
1. **Licensing Preparation**: In the first months, you'll prepare to become a licensed professional by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7, and 63 licenses. arenaflex will provide you with paid study time, access to valuable resources like licensing coaches and workshops, and a supportive environment to help you succeed.
2. **Skill Development**: In the following months, you'll handle more complex customer calls while dedicating time each week to connect with your team, meet with your leader, and expand your network.
3. **Proficiency**: As you gain confidence and proficiency in serving customers, you'll explore new career paths through job shadowing and our career center.

**Work Environment**
arenaflex's hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. We value the benefits that working offsite offers associates, while also recognizing the importance of onsite work for our business strategy and culture. Most roles listed as Hybrid will require associates to work onsite all business days of every other week in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to roles listed as Remote or Onsite.
