Your daily activities
Supporting B2B partners via e-mail, phone, and chat
Following a structured daily workflow and ensuring timely reporting of assigned tasks
Organizing and prioritizing responsibilities with independence and accountability
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and provide effective solutions
Using customer and partner feedback to suggest improvements in processes and services
Responsibilities
Communicate professionally with customers and partners across multiple channels
Complete daily reporting tasks with accuracy and consistency
Work independently while effectively managing priorities and deadlines
Contribute to partner satisfaction and smooth operations
Keep accurate and well-structured records related to ongoing tasks
Requirements
Strong organizational and time management skills
Critical thinking and ability to take initiative when needed
Computer skills and the ability to use MS Office equipment
Good command of both written and spoken English
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage recurring daily tasks with consistency
Ability to work independently while accepting guidance when required
Nice to have
Previous experience in Customer Support or Operations
Experience in collecting and reporting data, following structured daily processes
