About Our Team
You will join a highly collaborative, lean, and strategic team focused on delivering large-scale, customer-impacting initiatives across the organization. The team partners closely with analytics, sales, technology, and operational leaders to execute enterprise priorities and continuously improve how the business operates.
About the Role
The Enterprise Business Consultant is a consultant and program leader. This role supports the organization by defining strategy, leading complex initiatives, and ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Success in this role depends on prior consulting experience, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence without authority. The role is primarily internal-facing, with occasional customer interaction depending on project needs.
This position is remote, with a preference for candidates located near one of our offices in Dayton, OH, Boca Raton, FL, or Alpharetta, GA for occasional in-person meetings. Exceptional candidates outside these locations will be considered. Light travel may be required on occasion.
Responsibilities
Lead critical enterprise programs that span multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment to business strategy and successful delivery
Act as a strategic partner within the Business Transformation Office, shaping governance, best practices, and execution standards
Define and drive strategy for large-scale, cross-functional initiatives rather than solely managing tasks or timelines
Manage all phases of initiatives using established project and software development lifecycle methodologies
Partner closely with stakeholders across Sales, Product, Technology, Professional Services, Marketing, Support, and other business functions
Leverage data, dashboards, and reporting (e.g., Power BI) to track progress, drive transparency, and support decision-making
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and, when applicable, external customers
Lead change management and cultural adoption efforts to embed program outcomes into the broader organization
Create and present executive-level materials, including steering committee updates, status reports, financials, risks, and issues
Oversee project budgets, monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed
Coordinate testing, customer UAT, and validation activities in partnership with analytics and technology teams
Serve as a liaison between workstreams to ensure holistic delivery and alignment across initiatives
Requirements
7–10 years of experience leading enterprise or large-scale initiatives across multiple teams
Demonstrated experience in a consulting role or strategic advisory capacity (program management alone is not sufficient)
Salesforce or CRM experience, including understanding CRM-based data models
Experience working closely with data analysts and interpreting analytical models and insights
Strong experience leveraging data and reporting tools such as Power BI to support initiatives
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and engage senior leaders
Proven ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment
Strong leadership presence with a results-oriented, decisive mindset
Experience preparing executive-level presentations and materials (PowerPoint)
Familiarity with business functions such as Order to Cash, Commercial Analysis, Sales, Product, and Technology
Experience with collaboration and project tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or Clarizen
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
SharePoint experience preferred
