This is a remote position.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Enrollment Support Representative to assist families throughout the enrollment process. This role serves as a primary point of contact for prospective and current families, providing information, processing enrollment documentation, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for students.
Responsibilities
Assist families with enrollment inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
Process enrollment applications and supporting documentation
Maintain accurate student and family records
Verify registration information and resolve discrepancies
Schedule tours, meetings, and enrollment appointments
Communicate program information, policies, and requirements
Track enrollment status and follow up on outstanding documents
Support administrative projects and data management tasks
Collaborate with school leadership and teaching staff
Provide exceptional customer service to families and community members
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ year of customer service, admissions, enrollment, or administrative experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage confidential information professionally
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
