Job Description:
• Support the member enrollment (recruitment) marketing strategy and execution for Cylinder’s clients, including client-specific communications planning, campaign management, and performance tracking
• Manage the recruitment communications calendar and report out on key campaign metrics, leveraging data, A/B testing, and performance insights to optimize engagement, scalability, and conversion outcomes
• Partner cross-functionally with Client Success, Marketing Ops, and Data teams to deliver impactful campaigns that drive awareness, support client goals, and contribute to annual revenue targets
• Identify opportunities to improve and scale processes to increase operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness
• Lead client-facing communication initiatives by pitching strategies, presenting campaign plans and assets, and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of work experience with 1-2 years of experience planning and executing marketing campaigns on behalf of clients
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare or other related fields
• Experience working in a B2B2C capacity
• Comfortable presenting in front of groups of all sizes
• Self-directed, highly organized, and ability to prioritize
