EMS Software Success Specialist (Remove / Flex Schedule)

Apply Now
Are you an EMS professional who enjoys helping others get the most out of technology? This role was built for you. Unified Solutions is looking for experienced EMS professionals to join our team as a Software Success Specialist. This is not a call center job. It is a relationship role where you become a trusted go-to resource for the EMS agencies we serve, making sure they feel confident, supported, and successful using our platform. This position is designed to work seamlessly around a busy EMS schedule. At 5 to 15 hours per week, you can stay fully committed to your EMS career while building something meaningful on the side. Meetings get scheduled around your shifts, not the other way around. What You Will Do You will be a key part of our customer success team, supporting EMS agencies as they get up and running and grow more comfortable with the platform. Some days that means answering a quick question from a chief who just got access to a new module. Other days it means proactively scheduling a check-in call to see how things are going or catching a small issue before it becomes a frustration. You are responsive when agencies need help and proactive when things are quiet. Your day-to-day will include conducting check-in calls and meetings scheduled around both your schedule and the agency's, answering product questions and walking users through features and workflows, and identifying when something needs to go to our support, product, or development team so that handoff is smooth. You will also help agencies discover more value from the platform over time, including modules they may not yet be using. You are not alone. Our support, product, and development teams are behind you. Your job is to make sure agencies feel heard, helped, and never left wondering what to do next. Who We Are Looking For You have real EMS experience. You have worked in an agency and you understand the operational pressures, the staffing challenges, the documentation headaches, and what it feels like when software creates more problems than it solves. You also have a genuine interest in technology and feel comfortable helping colleagues navigate software platforms. Required: Active in the EMS industry (Paramedic, dispatcher, EMS supervisor, officer, or similar). Comfortable with technology and confident explaining software to people who may not be. Patient, clear communicator who enjoys helping people solve problems. Familiar with EMS software platforms from your own operational experience. Able to manage your own schedule and follow up consistently without being micromanaged. Preferred: Hands-on experience with one or more EMS software platforms such as ESO, ImageTrend, Zoll, emsCharts, or similar. Experience across multiple module types including ePCR, CAD, billing, crew scheduling, or fleet management. Any background in customer success, training, or software support is a plus but not required. Compensation and Schedule $20 to $30 per hour. Part-time, approximately 5 to 15 hours per week, with flexibility to grow as your role grows. 100% remote, flexible schedule built around your existing work or life commitments. We Stand Behind Our Product Every agency we work with receives their first Unified Solutions application at no cost. We stand behind our product and our team. Your job is to make sure they love what they have, so that they want more.
