A growing, high-performing litigation team is seeking a Senior Employment Attorney to join their fully remote practice. This is an opportunity to take on meaningful, high-impact work immediately across a diverse plaintiff-side caseload.
The firm is experiencing rapid growth and offers attorneys the ability to step into significant responsibility, hands-on litigation, and long-term earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage plaintiff-side employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Handle wage & hour and class action matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions
Qualifications
• 5+ years of employment litigation experience
• Active California Bar license (required)
• Experience with wage & hour and/or class actions

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 – $230,000[DOE]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
