Role Responsibilities
• Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to job descriptions, compensation benchmarking, employee policies, and HR compliance.
• Create realistic scenarios based on HR workflows such as recruitment cycles, performance management, benefits administration, employee relations, and restructuring.
• Annotate, label, and validate data across HR use cases including offer letters, leave management, workforce analytics, and DEI initiatives.
• Provide structured feedback on AI accuracy in areas such as employment law, HR systems, and best practices.
• Collaborate with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks for HR-focused AI systems.
Requirements
• Strong professional experience in HR, staffing, or a related function.
• Experience in areas such as talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations, HR operations, or workforce management.
• Familiarity with employment laws such as FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, and WARN Act.
• Knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ADP is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate HR workflows into structured evaluation tasks.
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
