Email Marketing, CRM Coordinator

Job Description: • Accelerate the growth of revenue of the email channel and successfully brief, build & implement all email marketing campaigns (including marketing, promotional, event, transactional & lifecycle emails). • Utilise business plan to brief and create campaigns in email platform ensuring all content & copy is proofread, accurate. • Work in conjunction with Marketing Team to ensure all campaigns and content are on brand. • Perform day-to-day email marketing activities including, but not limited to briefing, email campaign set-up, testing, tagging, accessibility, scheduling and deployment. • Be the key in-house expert on our Email Marketing Platform and its capabilities. • Troubleshoot technical issues related to templates, list segmentation and other aspects of email execution, as required with internal + external vendors. • Manage the weekly email schedule for the Sussan brand in conjunction with the Digital Manager and Marketing Team. • Develop a clear email communication and content plan for the business & work with Digital Manager to ensure this is in line with other customer communications & digital marketing channels • Set up of customer nurture programs and customer journeys to increase customer engagement and revenue, for both in stores and online. • Implement relevant triggered and automated campaigns for our eCommerce platform & transactional email communications. • Set up & maintenance of various audience segments in the Email Marketing Platform for specific campaign delivery use. • Support the Digital Manager with the Digital & CRM Roadmap and lead the digital rollout of relevant CRM initiatives to drive customer relationship management and commercial outcomes for the business. • Implement database and VIP growth opportunities and actively reduce unsubscribes. Requirements: • Excellent verbal (inter-personal) communication skills • Excellent written communication skills • Attention to detail • Relationship building skills • Problem solving, analytical and decision making skills • Strong organisational and time management skills • Excellent stakeholder management capability • Ability to multi task in a high pressure & fast paced environment whilst maintaining composure • Hands-on digital marketing & email marketing platform experience • Emarsys experience preferred (or similar customer engagement platforms) • Excellent understanding of digital design, video and email marketing asset production (HTML skills a bonus) • Solid understanding of customer databases, personalisation and segmentation • Experience using Google Analytics (or a similar website analytics program) • Prior experience working in a fast-paced Marketing team or digital agency • Marketing /Digital Tertiary Qualification or similar • Any short courses in Digital Marketing or Digital Platform certification highly regarded • Prior experience with eCommerce, Fashion or Retail brand is highly desirable.
