Job Title: Helpdesk Analyst – nd Shift Job ID: - Location: Remote Duration: Months Contract Shift: PM – :PM EST Description: Seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to provide advanced technical support for Epic EHR and clinical applications across state-operated behavioral healthcare facilities. Role involves troubleshooting Epic and non-Epic issues, supporting end-users, and ensuring system reliability. Responsibilities: • Support Epic applications, workflows, access, and integration issues • Provide remote desktop support (computers, printers, mobile devices) • Manage incidents via ServiceNow, ensure SLA compliance • Assist with Epic account provisioning, role/security requests • Collaborate with informatics, analysts, and technical teams • Document procedures, provide user training, support go-live/upgrade events Requirements: • + yrs Epic technical support in healthcare/clinical environment • Proficient with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools • Strong knowledge of EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts) • Epic certification and experience in Epic modules preferred. Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is between $$ per hour.
