Job Description:
• Own the creative strategy behind paid media campaigns.
• Develop creative strategies designed to improve ROAS, lower CPA, and increase conversion.
• Build creative concepts based on audience insights and trends.
• Identify customer pain points and motivations for targeted messaging.
• Create detailed creative briefs for design teams.
• Optimize creative performance through structured testing and data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in performance creative strategy, paid social creative, growth marketing, or e-commerce marketing.
• Experience working with beauty, skincare, luxury, wellness, fashion, or premium consumer brands.
• Proven success creating performance-driven creative for Meta and TikTok campaigns.
• Strong understanding of the direct-to-consumer (DTC) customer journey.
• Experience partnering with paid media teams to optimize creative performance.
• Ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into creative recommendations.
• Excellent creative briefing and communication skills.
